Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it may or may not bepossible to cancel the order, depending upon the status of your order.

If your order has been processed and has now beentransferred to the transport department, then unfortunately it will not be possible to cancel the order.

In these circumstances you can exercise your right for a Return & Refund as per the Return & Refund Policy. If your order has yet to be processed, then it is possible to cancel / alter your order, and we request you call on 01472 242014. E-mailing changes & cancellation of an order is not possible.

Can I change my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse, changes can usually be made – these must be done over the telephone on 01472 242014.

What if I want to speak to someone?

At Asturias Bathrooms, we pride ourselves on our customers services team who are available on the telephone every working day (Mon to Fri) from 9am until 5pm on 01472 242014. Our friendly team in customer services can help with any issues you have, or provide advice on what products you are looking to purchase.

Can I choose a date for delivery?

It may be possible in some cases to choose a date for delivery.
To discuss a specific date for delivery, please call the sales team on 01472 242014 who can advise if this is possible.


Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the majority of Mainland UK except for the Scottish Highlands. This includes majority of England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Please note, some postcodes it may not be possible for us to ship too, or may require a higher delivery charge e.g. some of the Scottish Postcodes.

We cannot ship to Islands within the UK, e.g. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Islands off the coast of Scotland or Northern Ireland.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each product / brand can have different delivery windows with the majority of our orders taking 2-5 days for delivery depending on postcode. Next Day Shipping is available on some items for an additional charge.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

It may be possible, depending upon the item being delivered, for this to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. When you place your order online, or by telephone, then you can leave special instructions which (depending upon courier) may be possible to action.

If you have already placed an order, please call or e-mail us for further assistance.

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour?

In most cases, deliveries can be left with neighbours.

Returns and Refunds

Is it possible to return an item for a refund?

We offer a 14 day Return Policy on all Uninstalled Products.

To exercise this right, all items must be returned in their original packaging which should not be defaced or damaged. To initiate a return, refund or replacement then e-mail with your order number, date of purchase, name and a photograph of your item you wish to return, we will then advise on the process.

What if an item is damaged?

All damage must be reported with 48 hours of receiving
the item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

If an authorisation for a return is given, then once we receive your item back to the warehouse – a refund will be processed within 3working days.
